All are welcome Download the class flyer (.pdf document) Partner Yoga with a Twist Saturday February 18, 2012 Yoga is a wonderful way to relax, open up our bodies and minds, and explore connection. When practicing with your partner, you share time focused on your own bodies and develop new ways to communicate through touch. This can be an enjoyable way to not only spend quality time together, but a means to establish trust and positive integration. In Date Night With a Twist, we will move through a playful sequence of familiar yoga postures made double when practiced in unison, in partnership and in balance. Sensual Thai Yoga massage and tantric breath work will calm the mood and establish methods of non-verbal communication for a deeper experience of the yoga of relationships. All couples are welcome Yoga experience is helpful, but not necessary. Through Yoga Nidra one experiences deep relaxation while fully conscious, which induces complete mental, physical, and emotional relaxation. Through this process the subtle energy channels are fully revitalized. Benefits of Yoga Nidra include: profound stress relief, increased concentration, enhancement of your overall sense of well-being, more restful sleedp and increased energy.
